1egame Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Obligations

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1egame ("1egame", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1egame online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://1egame.net and any associated applications or services.

By registering an account on 1egame, logging in to an existing account, accessing any part of the 1egame platform, or placing any bet or wager through our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the 1egame Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1egame platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the 1egame platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the period of account activity:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where it is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 1egame, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by 1egame for any violation of these Terms.

1egame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts will be suspended pending verification and permanently closed if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. Any funds held in an account closed on age-verification grounds will be handled in accordance with applicable licensing standards and 1egame's internal compliance procedures.

3. Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, and all other features of the 1egame platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 1egame account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and payment method details — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1egame login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. All activity conducted from your account will be attributed to you regardless of whether you authorised that specific action.
• KYC compliance: 1egame operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time determined by our compliance team.
• Account suspension: 1egame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where these Terms are violated, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where the account holder fails to complete required verification procedures within a reasonable time.

Pakistani players registering with a mobile number in the 03XX format should ensure that the number provided is linked to an active SIM registered in their own name, as this number will be used for two-factor authentication and account recovery purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1egame platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1egame does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR deposits or withdrawals. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Accepted payment methods: 1egame currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Payment method availability may change; players will be notified of any material changes via their registered contact details.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit threshold applies. Current minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the 1egame deposit page within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification before processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1egame account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Processing times: Standard PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules.
• Deposits for wagering only: Funds deposited to a 1egame account must be used for betting and gaming purposes. 1egame reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests and conduct enhanced due diligence where deposit and withdrawal patterns suggest the platform is being used for purposes other than legitimate gaming.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds credited to your 1egame account are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your wallet.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 1egame platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, sports, or betting markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 1egame does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after placement, except where a market is void in accordance with 1egame's specific sports betting rules.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches involving Pakistan — are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled according to 1egame's published cricket betting rules.
• Live casino games, including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, are operated by certified live dealer providers. Game results are final once the round has concluded and are not subject to appeal except in cases of verifiable technical malfunction.
• Slot machine outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. Return-to-player percentages for each title are available from the game information panel within the 1egame platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. Applicable limits are displayed prior to bet confirmation. 1egame reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts or market types at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a bet or game round, 1egame's decision as to the correct outcome shall be final, subject to review under the dispute resolution process in Section 12.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

1egame offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds are stated in the specific terms for each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Players must opt in to each promotion separately; bonuses are not applied automatically unless stated.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 1egame reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a player is exploiting promotional terms, using automated betting strategies, or otherwise engaging in bonus abuse.
• Free bets and no-deposit bonuses, where offered, are subject to the most restrictive wagering requirements applicable to any 1egame promotion at the time of the offer. Winnings derived from free bets are typically subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be retrospectively affected by changes made after the bonus was credited to their account, provided all other terms of that promotion continue to be met.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious violations of these Terms. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended, and 1egame reserves the right to permanently close such accounts and forfeit all associated balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or ongoing account maintenance process.
• Registering or operating more than one 1egame account, whether under the same identity or under multiple identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other technological means to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games in a manner not consistent with legitimate human play.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider information exploitation, or any other form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using the 1egame platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner that is inconsistent with legitimate sporting or gaming risk.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 1egame account or its associated PKR balance to another individual.
• Accessing the 1egame platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

1egame is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we have invested in tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 1egame account holders and can be accessed from the Account Settings section of your dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of your 1egame account. This tool is particularly useful for managing extended gaming sessions.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and your net win or loss position since the session began.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary self-exclusion of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account will be inaccessible for betting and gaming purposes, though you may still withdraw any remaining PKR balance.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the 1egame platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. 1egame will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1egame platform — including but not limited to the 1egame brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 1egame or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1egame platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the 1egame platform without prior written consent.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any part of the 1egame platform or its underlying software.
• Using the 1egame brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without express written authorisation from 1egame.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the 1egame platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 1egame's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1egame's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is subject to the following limitations:

• 1egame provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.
• 1egame is not liable for any losses, including loss of PKR funds, betting opportunities, or expected winnings, arising from platform downtime, technical errors not directly attributable to 1egame's negligence, or any third-party service interruption affecting payment processing via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• 1egame is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or bet voiding triggered by a Terms violation.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 1egame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Players acknowledge that all forms of betting and gaming involve financial risk, and that losses are an inherent and foreseeable outcome of participation. 1egame does not guarantee winnings of any kind.

11. Amendments to These Terms

1egame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1egame will notify registered players via their registered email address or mobile number, and will publish the updated Terms on the 1egame platform with a revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the 1egame platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining PKR balance prior to the effective date of the change.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1egame accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from a player's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the 1egame platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 1egame's international gaming licence, as supplemented by generally recognised principles of international commercial law.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 1egame, the following process applies:

1. Informal resolution: Players should first raise the dispute with 1egame's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Formal complaint: If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, players may submit a formal written complaint to 1egame's compliance department. Formal complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 business days.
3. Escalation: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 1egame's applicable licensing framework. Details of the applicable escalation channel will be provided in 1egame's formal response to any unresolved complaint.

Players agree not to initiate legal proceedings in connection with a 1egame dispute until the internal complaint process described above has been exhausted in full.
